Jon came to our home eager to assist, inspect and follow through on what was causing the water stains in the ceiling of our bedroom. Once the problem was diagnosed and discussed, he took it upon himself and filled in bullet holes in parts of our roof during the rain and in addition to roof replacement because of hail damage. I will be calling my homeowners so Jon Schaeffer and Renown Roofing and Construction can install our new roof. Thank you Jon!! Keep up the great job!!!

I am North Dallas Collin County client of Renown Roofing & Construction and very glad I am. I learned of Renown a few years ago when their Mr. Cory Greathouse invited our neighborhood to watch them build some custom specialty roofs nearby. I am glad he did. In 2018 Renown replaced my Lomenco turbine vents and dryer vent. In 2020 Renown re-inspected and applied caulk. Renown just replaced my roof boots original caulk because these reached life expectancy age19, something I planned for several years. Inspect roof after hail and wind storm
Mr Jon Schaeffer, a sales consultant, stopped by to inspect my roof on 5-18-2022. they had originally replaced my roof in 2016. He arrived on time, climbed up the roof, inspected the roof and concluded that at this time it does not warrant any repair or shingles replacement. I was really impressed with his honesty and professionalism. I would refer them to my friends and relatives. Thank you Jon!
Chimney leaking
Jon Schaeffer came out to our house to inspect our roof. We had some water drip in to our chimney. He was on time, friendly and gave us an honest assessment that we did not need any work done at this time. We called Renown construction because we knew of the integrity of the owner and his team. When John came out he only confirmed what we had heard and known.
