Renown did a major roofing job for us following a hail storm. From the initial survey of the damage to the final step of showing us a video of before, during and after, the Renown team served us like we were their only customer. In today's day and age, it's nice to work with a company that has such a high bar for customer service. The work was done with great care and concern for the folks working inside the building as well. I wanted to drop a line and say thanks for a job well done when Renown Construction replaced my roof because of hail damage. First of all, I really did not need to do anything. A representative came out to look at my roof to see if there was any damage and this visit was at no charge. Once it was determined that there was damage a representative from Renown Construction worked with my insurance company to help them understand why the roof was in need of repair. After the insurance company agreed that the roof would be replaced the representative from Renown Construction visited with me and listened to my concerns related to ventilation in my attic and made recommendation on how to resolve the concerns. I hope to have a much cooler attic next year with the ventilation modifications made.
I was amazed that my roof was completed in one day and was even more impressed that with this compressed time frame, it did not appear any corners where cut. The decking on my porch roof was unexpectedly found to be rotten and replaced, the extra roof top vents that were not needed because of the solar powered vents that where added were closed up with new decking. When any safety equipment was removed from the roof any nail holes where filled with sealant even though they would be under a shingle and would not leak anyway. I have never seen that attention to detail taken before on a roof I had replaced. There was a special water and ice guard placed in all valleys on my roof since those areas are the most likely to have a problem if there is a problem. All holes that a squirrel could get in through were sealed with flashing like they should have been when the previous roof was installed.
I would recommend your company to anyone without hesitation.
